Expect 2–6 deliveries per run, 1,500–2,500 cases per trailer (seasonal/route variance). Average 2–3 full loads weekly — physical but straightforward work for capable drivers. Paid Training & Equipment 3-load mentor program with ride-along ($200 per training day, 1–1.5 weeks total) Jump straight to full mileage + unload rates post-training Regional Coverage Home base in Eastern Texas, running lanes through TX, NM, AZ, Southern Nevada, Southern Utah, and Southern Colorado.

Requirements

  • Active Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months solo TT experience in the last 12 months
  • At least 21 years old
  • Clean/safe driving record
  • Physically fit for unloading tasks
  • No SAP drivers
  • Pass required urine + hair follicle drug screens

Responsibilities
