Class A CDL Regional Reefer Driver - Home Weekly
About The Position
Dedicated Account in Smithfield, NC, with a home weekly schedule and potentially 2 days home, with the right to turn at 34 hours. Drivers for this account run the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region, including North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington, DC, with consistent schedules and routes. Hauling 53 53-foot reefer with all no-touch freight. Drivers must have transportation to and from work. Drivers will be working nights, primarily nighttime driving. Must have experience driving at night. Holidays are mandatory. Drivers run to max out their clock for 34 34-hour reset as scheduled. Office staff and maintenance team on site. Most loads are one stop with an average of 10 loads per work week. Drivers will need their own transportation to Orientation. The driver's pay is per load ($52.06) until they reach 190 miles, then the pay is based on experience. Detention pay is $21 per hour. 5-day mentor pay is $175 per day. The average weekly pay of $1177, with the top 10% earning $1596 per week.
