About The Position
Over the road position with typical runs from drivers home area through the country minus the NORTHEAST. We value drivers home time and work diligently to get you through your home domicile once a week. That time may be for a day or night couple of hours or more. Equipment is primarily Freightliner Cascadia's with automatic transmission however you may be assigned other models as available such as Internationals. All new drivers to CR England will attend a 3-day Advanced Post Hire Education - APHE. This will be in truck and classroom training covering reefer coupling pre-trip trip planning fueling backing and Platform Science. They are growing their OTR fleet by 40 trucks by the first of August. Anything we can do to help would be huge. Freight is up so their average pay to the driver is increasing. Average schedule is 2-3 weeks out with 2-3 days home.
