About The Position
POSITION DETAILS Pay/salary information: Premium pay package of $73,372 - $82,212 annually ($0.70 - $0.80 CPM) plus additional bonuses Home time details: Home daily with occasional overnight runs during surge periods; multiple days per week Equipment type: New equipment with mostly 2025 trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and auto-chains Freight type: Refrigerated freight with a mix of no-touch refrigerated loads, live unloads, and drop-and-hook Route/lane information: Loads begin at the distribution center in Aurora, CO, delivering to grocery stores throughout CO, Cheyenne, WY, and Eastern UT Other job-specific details: 24/7 operations load dependent on customer needs; no set schedule with a 70-hour weekly commitment; driver cannot take truck home - must drive to Aurora, CO Account: Kroger - Denver CO (LOCAL). Loads begin at Kroger Distribution Center in Aurora CO delivering to King Soopers grocery stores throughout CO Cheyenne WY and Eastern UT. Mixture of live load/unload drop and hook. Multi stop loads. 24/7 operations load dependent on customer needs. Home time is multiple days per week may NOT be every other day. Freight is refrigerated. New equipment - mostly 2025 trucks with automatic transmissions and auto-chains. Routes & Territory: Primarily Colorado Southern Wyoming and Eastern Utah. 1700 weekly miles average with consistent freight. No-touch refrigerated loads (reefer training provided). Mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook. Mileage pay up to $0.80 per mile based on experience. $17 per stop pay. $24 AN HR AFTER 2 HRS UP TO $150. $1000 winter mountain driving bonus (Nov-Mar). Up to 3% additional bonus for safe on-time deliveries. Weekly pay of $1450-$1581 (and growing with the account). CPM scale: 0-1 yrs: 0.7 cpm | 2-2 yrs: 0.71 cpm | 3-3 yrs: 0.725 cpm | 4-4 yrs: 0.74 cpm | 5-5 yrs: 0.75 cpm | 6-6 yrs: 0.76 cpm | 7-7 yrs: 0.77 cpm | 8-8 yrs: 0.78 cpm | 9-9 yrs: 0.79 cpm | 10-20 mos: 0.8 cpm. Stop Pay: $17 - Average of 13 stops. Driver can't take truck home they have to drive to Aurora CO. Per Deim: No. Orientation will bein SLC. Orientation Pay: States min wage 12 hrs. Average: $1411/wk ($73k/yr). Top 10%: $1581/wk ($82k/yr). Hiring within 50 miles from Aurora CO - LOCAL. Full Pay Details Mileage pay up to $0.80 per mile + $17 per stop pay + $24 per hour after 2 hours detention + bonuses
Requirements
- Professional driving attitude and commitment to safety
- Valid CDL-A required
- Must meet minimum age requirements for commercial driving
- Ability to perform live load/unload tasks
- Clean driving record and background check
- Valid CDL-A with 3+ months of driving experience
