About The Position
Class A CDL Local Driver - Home Daily POSITION DETAILS Pay/salary information: Premium pay package of $73,372 - $82,212 annually ($0.70 - $0.80 CPM) plus additional bonuses Home time details: Home daily with occasional overnight runs during surge periods; multiple days per week Equipment type: New equipment with mostly 2025 trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and auto-chains Freight type: Refrigerated freight with a mix of no-touch refrigerated loads, live unloads, and drop-and-hook Route/lane information: Loads begin at the distribution center in Aurora, CO, delivering to grocery stores throughout CO, Cheyenne, WY, and Eastern UT Other job-specific details: 24/7 operations load dependent on customer needs; no set schedule with a 70-hour weekly commitment; driver cannot take truck home - must drive to Aurora, CO REQUIREMENTS Experience requirements: Professional driving attitude and commitment to safety License requirements: Valid CDL-A required Age requirements: Must meet minimum age requirements for commercial driving Physical requirements: Ability to perform live load/unload tasks Background/MVR requirements: Clean driving record and background check BENEFITS Health/dental/vision insurance: Comprehensive coverage offered Paid time off: Available as per company policy Retirement/401k: Retirement plan options available Other benefits: $1,000 Winter Mountain Driving Bonus (Paid Nov-Mar), paid monthly totaling $5,000; up to 3% additional bonus for safe on-time deliveries; weekly pay of $1,411 - $1,581 and growing with the account
