About The Position

Drivers for Crystal Flash (CF) are valued team members who are responsible for delivering fuels, propane, and related products to customer or company locations in a safe and efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely and efficiently drives commercial vehicles during specified shifts on a 24/7 work week in all types of weather conditions. Loads, unloads, and moves fuels safely from the terminal to customer or company locations on time. Follows company policies and federal and state regulations. Keeps a safe record of accidents, driving record, injuries, and other actions/events, in accordance with all company safety guidelines. Maintains clean equipment, uniforms, and cab space, ensuring any repairs are communicated promptly. Completes accurate and timely documentation for the delivery of product, volume of delivery, and inventory control management. Appropriately uses internal systems, handheld devices, and other electronic equipment for work purposes. Takes direction from dispatchers and/or managers, following delivery instructions and maintaining good working relationships. Communicates with team members, management, and customers professionally and courteously. Stays calm and levelheaded in stressful situations, refraining from emotional outbursts. Adopts new methods, procedures, and changes positively. Offers suggestions to improve efficiency and solutions to solve problems.

Requirements

Must be at least 23 years of age or older with a Commercial Driver's License, Class A
A Hazmat and Tanker endorsement must be obtained to be hired.
At least 2yrs previous truck driving experience preferred.
At least 2yrs driving experience after graduating from truck driving school.
No BACs, DUIs, DWIs, or license suspensions for moving violations in the past 5 years.
No major preventable accidents within the past year.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 5 years in a personal or commercial vehicle
Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
Able to work nights and weekends, Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 5 PM for a 10-12-hour shift.
Knowledge of driving safety rules and regulations.
Good communication and human relations skills.

Nice To Haves

CETP certification preferred.
Knowledge of mechanics and hazardous materials preferred.
