About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join a well-established construction company in Decatur. The driver will be responsible for hauling boat docks, equipment, and construction materials to various job sites. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent hours, steady work, and room for overtime.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Clear driving record (MVR will be checked)
- Ability to work full-time with potential overtime
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A CDL truck to transport materials, equipment, and boat docks to designated job sites
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Assist with loading and securing loads as needed
- Communicate with dispatch and supervisors to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records
