About The Position

Opportunities are available for CDL-A drivers seeking consistent regional freight with reduced dock time and steady weekly miles. This position is built for Class A CDL drivers who want organized dispatch, reliable movement, and predictable home time. Freight in this operation is coordinated to keep CDL-A truck drivers moving across established lanes east of I-35, with a strong focus on drop-and-hook freight and minimal delays. Freight Flow and Routing Primary freight: automotive shipments Load type: no-touch with high drop-and-hook percentage Average miles: 2,500–3,000 per week Drivers operate within a structured routing system designed to maintain steady movement between suppliers and distribution points. Dispatch sequencing supports continuous freight flow without extended downtime between loads. Weekly Operation Overview Schedule: 7–10 days out Reset: 34–48 hours at home Routing: regional lanes with repeat freight patterns CDL-A drivers benefit from consistent scheduling that supports both mileage and planned home time. Equipment Late-model tractors assigned Primarily Peterbilt 579 units Inverters and refrigerators included Equipment is maintained through preventative service programs to support reliability on longer runs. Drivers may be eligible to take assigned trucks home depending on location and operational needs. Earnings and Benefits Weekly Pay: $1,250 to $1,550 Additional compensation may include: Detention pay, Layover pay, Safety bonus opportunities Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
