No-touch freight. 2021 or newer equipment. Home every other weekend with 48 hours guaranteed. The Work Cycle 12-day operational cycles with 700–750 mile average hauls across multi-state interstate routes. Freight is 100% no-touch with predictable load structures designed to keep delays low and productive hours high. Home time falls every other weekend - built into the rotation, not negotiated around it. The Paycheck $1,350–$1,500 weekly based on experience, available hours, and freight demand. Pay issued every week. After 6 months, full benefits activate - medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Rider and pet programs available for eligible drivers. The Equipment 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Preventive maintenance is scheduled consistently - not reactively - because a truck sitting in a shop is a problem for everyone involved. Truck Options Drivers with appropriate home parking can take their assigned truck during scheduled resets. Prefer to leave it at a terminal? That works too.
