Class A CDL Driver – Southwest Regional
About The Position
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a Southwest regional position . This position is built for drivers who want regional lanes , reliable miles , and weekly home time without running coast-to-coast. Routes are planned within the Southwest to keep freight consistent and home time predictable, with regular 34-hour resets. Pay & Miles Average 2,000 miles per week $1,200 average gross weekly pay Pay varies based on HOS availability and run completion Freight & Lanes 100% no-touch freight Approximately half drop & hook Remaining freight is live load / unload Regional Southwest operation for easier trip planning Equipment & Support Newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors (2021+) Comfortable, well-maintained equipment 24/7 operations and dispatch support Time Off 1 year: 1 week vacation 3 years: 2 weeks 7 years: 3 weeks 15 years: 4 weeks Extra Pay Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours Layover / Breakdown: $100 per day Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience Able to run Southwest regional lanes Safety-focused and dependable Why This Fleet This Southwest regional position offers a solid balance of steady miles , weekly home time , and simple freight , making it a good fit for drivers early in their career or those wanting consistency without long-haul schedules.
