About The Position
We’re hiring Class A CDL drivers for an OTR position offering consistent miles, flexible home time options, and steady weekly pay. Pay & Compensation Average weekly pay: around $1,500 Mileage pay: $0.45 – $0.55 CPM (based on experience and lane) Paid on a W2 Full benefits package available Home Time & Schedule Typical schedule: out 2–3 weeks, home 2–3 days Option to stay out longer if preferred Earn 1 day of home time for every week out OTR runs, with efforts made to keep drivers running regionally when possible When feasible, drivers may get home weekly for a few hours or an overnight Job Details OTR freight Consistent lanes and miles Supportive dispatch focused on keeping drivers moving and getting them home when possible About The Company J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for time-critical loads across the continental U.S. We value our drivers and are committed to consistence freight, reliable home time, and a respectful work environment. Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months solo Class A driving experience within the last 12 months
- Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements
- Accidents and violations reviewed on a case-by-case basis
