About The Position

This position is for full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR and Regional runs. It is a Bi-Weekly fleet, designed for drivers who aim to maximize their miles and maintain consistency on the road. The company welcomes both experienced drivers and recent CDL graduates, offering paid training and one-on-one mentorship for new drivers (0 experience) who have completed 120-hour CDL school. Drivers will master the gear, receive professional training on logging and DOT rules, and gain supervised miles before transitioning to solo driving. The role focuses on high mileage, with an average of 2,300 – 2,500+ miles per week. Freight primarily consists of No-Touch dry van, with approximately 70% Drop & Hook operations to ensure efficiency. Drivers will operate new 2024–2025 Freightliners & Kenworth's equipped with APUs for comfort. The company also permits pet and rider programs.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (or proof of 120+ hours from an accredited school)
• Ability to stay out for Bi-Weekly home time rotations
• Clean MVR and focus on safety
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
