About The Position

JOB DETAILS Base pay rate starts at $32.00 per hour Shift: Monday through Friday, Home on weekends DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are currently seeking a CDL Class A Driver for our domicile location in Stockton, CA (temp starting home is Gold River, CA). This position will be tasked as responsible for safely and efficiently completing necessary job tasks, including operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle and Forklift. Compliance with all applicable DOT guidelines and regulations will be the core responsibility of the position. Perform pre & post-trip inspections thoroughly Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed Actively ensure compliance with DOT guidelines Load and unload truck using a Manitou or Moffett Transport and load company product and additional material onto Flatbed Truck Verify entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site Verifying the proper paperwork is done with follow up pictures of the load dropped Follow all safety procedures for transporting goods Warehouse activities including moving, staging product for delivery Load and unload customer trucks/vehicles Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Class A CDL License, clean MVR, and current Medical Card
  • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Ability to plan and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in construction field, flat bed and Manitou or Moffett experience a plus

Responsibilities
