About The Position

Foamcraft, a leader in foam fabrication for over 70 years, is seeking a CDL Driver to join their Indianapolis team. The company prides itself on stability, a strong team, and meaningful work, having grown from a small shop to five facilities across Indiana. This is a local driving role, ensuring the driver is home every night. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing things the right way, shows up consistently, and represents Foamcraft professionally with customers.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Solid understanding of safety and DOT regulations
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to adapt to changing routes, weather, and schedules
• Licensed to drive manual

Responsibilities

• Deliver Foamcraft products safely and efficiently to customers
• Load trucks and ensure product is secure and accurate
• Work directly with customers during deliveries (unloading, counts, paperwork, returns)
• Represent Foamcraft professionally at every stop
• Perform routine inspections and keep your truck clean and in good working order
• Support plant operations when needed
