CDL-A Truck Driver – Multi-State Runs with Assigned Equipment Operating Area: Charleston, SC 29402 Drivers in this CDL-A truck driver position run inside a structured interstate operation where the schedule, equipment, and freight lanes are already in place. This is not a startup fleet or a temporary run. A Class A CDL driver coming into this operation steps into a cycle that repeats, with loads planned ahead of time and trucks assigned before dispatch. Freight runs across multiple states with long average hauls, allowing the CDL A driver to stay moving through the full cycle without losing hours waiting on the next assignment. Dispatch builds each trip in advance so the driver finishes one load already knowing the next route. The fleet runs a fixed 12-day operating cycle with a scheduled reset every other weekend. Home time is built into the structure of the run instead of being decided week to week. Weekly Pay – $1,350 to $1,500 Home Time – Every other weekend Freight – No-touch interstate freight Equipment in this fleet is late-model and assigned to the driver. Trucks stay on a preventive maintenance schedule so breakdowns and delays stay minimal. Drivers spend time driving, not sitting in the shop.
