About The Position

GBR Corporation is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Driver to lead our fleet operations, CDL drivers and transportation logistics. This is a hands-on management position responsible for keeping trucks compliant, drivers supported, and materials moving efficiently. You will be home every night!

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (no automatic restriction)
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid Class A CDL driver's license.
• Proven experience with fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
• Experienced in use of a forklift.

Nice To Haves

• Small engine repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise CDL drivers in daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling and driver coordination.
• Promote safe driving practices and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Conduct and monitor vehicle inspections.
• Maintain fleet records, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs on company trucks, trailers, and construction equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in safe operating condition and comply with DOT regulations.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to jobsites.
• Load/unload vehicles and semi-trailers (sometimes requiring forklift).
• Coordinate major repairs with outside vendors.
• Manage shop inventory and supply levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support safe and efficient operations.
