About The Position

Charlie's Produce is a privately owned wholesale produce company, the largest privately owned produce wholesaler on the West Coast. We are looking for dedicated individuals to help enhance our communities through quality produce. The role involves the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Northwestern Montana region, starting at 3:00 AM with overtime expected. The position requires attention to detail and superior customer service as you interact with customers during deliveries.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Be 23 years old or older
• 1 year commercial driving experience required
• Valid medical card required
• Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. throughout shift
• Ability to read and understand English as per DOT rules
• Satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
• Deliver palletized product to customers with hand truck
• Perform superior customer service during interactions with customers and fellow employees
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
• Operate a company vehicle equipped with an outward and driver facing dash cam
• Maintain the functionality of the assigned vehicle's dash cam
• Adhere to company policy regarding dash cam usage and data privacy
• Perform all other duties as requested or assigned
