Care Partners provide direct full care to residents following an individual service plan. Treats each resident with respect and dignity, recognizes individual needs, and encourages independence. Fosters a homelike atmosphere throughout the community. It is helpful if you have you HCA or CNA prior to applying to be able to move forward on the floor quicker. However, we provide continuing education to help you receive your HCA (required by the Department of Health of Washington State), and also provide opportunity to obtain your CNA Certification and Medication Technician (QMAP). Flexibility is required for varying shifts, as there is potential for the schedule to be adjusted to meet coverage needs.
