Clamp Truck Driver

About The Position

The Clamp Truck Driver is a material handling role that assists with pulling correct materials for transport to and from the Sheeting area. This includes helping with loading and unloading trucks and railcars.  This position helps with other tasks in the Sheeting department in support of supervisor and department operations, as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Warehouse and/or production experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Organizational skills a must.
  • Must be trained and certified to drive class 1, 4 and 5 lift trucks, which include clamp trucks and all sit-downs. (Jostens will train and certify, but previous experience required).
  • Must be safety minded and able to follow safety guidelines.
  • Must be able to work within the physical requirements of the position.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willing to work flexible hours and overtime with short notice.
  • Works well under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Must have flexibility to learn and use new technology.
  • Must be able to lift 10 to 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work in team environment and cross train for team coverage.
  • Excellent attendance record.
