About The Position

The Forklift Driver ensures efficient and safe movement of products within the warehouse, fulfilling customer orders, assisting with receiving and inventory operations, and maintaining accuracy and speed standards. This role supports a cohesive team environment and promotes workplace safety.

Requirements

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate a clamp forklift and standard forklift as needed.
• Familiarity with RF scanner guns for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining inventory records and order accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to fill customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate a clamp forklift, if applicable.
• Operate a standard forklift, if applicable.
• Move products efficiently and safely using various equipment.
• Use an RF scanner gun to identify the correct products for receiving, moving, gathering, or distributing to complete customer orders.
• Document and maintain inventory records.
• Assist the Receiving Department with unloading new merchandise from trucks when needed.
• Back-up shipping/receiving loading and unloading containers.
• Support the Inventory and Returns Departments with daily operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a sense of teamwork.
• Assist other departments with work activities as needed.
• Build strong relationships within the warehouse to promote a safe and respectful working environment.
• Maintain order selection performance standards for speed and accuracy with minimal damage.
• Ensure labels and pallets are accurate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
