About The Position

Orora Packaging Solutions is seeking a Clamp Driver to join our team at Corru-Kraft Orora Fullerton. This position will report to the Plant Manager. The Clamp Driver will be responsible for checking and unloading incoming roll stock, inspecting rolls to verify conformance to requirements, reading Wet End Summary to ascertain roll stock to be loaded on corrugator, completing daily consumption reports as needed, conveying roll stock from storage to designated area, securing lifting attachments to roll stock and conveying load to destination, counting and recording number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet only if Kiwi is down, attaching identifying tags to roll stock when supplier tag is not available, loading or unloading trucks, assembling roll stock in the warehouse, removing samples of roll stock, labels, with identifying information, loading scrap material into the baler, and operating industrial clamplift to assist in loading or moving roll stock. The role may also include performing other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Less than high school education.
• One (1) month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior corrugated industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial clamplift to assist in loading or moving roll stock.
• Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
