About The Position
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring that the store operates safely and legally during these times. You will be instrumental in delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring that our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. You will also demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge. In addition to customer service, you will assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions. You will receive full training in ear piercing, which is an essential service we provide. Maintaining the store's appearance is crucial, and you will ensure that it looks presentable and inviting to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic retail environment and is passionate about fashion and customer service.
