About The Position
The Workers Compensation Claim Representative is responsible for managing and handling claims of moderate technical complexity. This role requires the representative to use discretion and independent judgment in claim handling, investigate and evaluate claims, and maintain a high level of productivity and customer service. The representative will work within specific limits and authority, identify suspicious claims, and coordinate effective management techniques to mitigate loss and expenses.
