Position Details: This position is full-time in office located at 1215 Manor Dr. Mechanicsburg (opportunity for Hybrid after 90 days in office) Pay: $17/hr Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm Benefits start day 1!

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year office work experience.
Working knowledge of current business software such as Outlook and Excel.
Detail Oriented and Organized.

Responsibilities

Expense Management: Process and manage expense payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across various types of invoices.
Retrieving and reviewing invoice details.
Verifying sufficient funds for payments.
Ensuring all invoices are paid in full and on time.
Client and Vendor Coordination: Handle invoices from diverse clients, primarily Relationship Managers (RMs), as well as independent vendor submissions.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, with opportunities to expand your role over time.
