About The Position
The Claims Specialist at Cal-Tex Protective Coatings, Inc. is responsible for coordinating and supporting the evaluation, processing, and handling of claims. This role acts as a liaison between the company, claimants, vendors, agents, and dealerships, ensuring effective communication regarding the status and eligibility of claims. The specialist will manage the claim adjudication process, interpret warranty and service contracts, and ensure successful resolution of claims.
