This is a key member of the Health Safety and Environmental team. Performs incident intake and investigation of claims made against the company including workers' compensation, liability, and property loss or damages. Key Responsibilities Administers the incident handling process for the company including customer support to the project and employees. Coordinates among company managers, field employees, insurance claims handlers, the public and physicians to investigate and process claims for workers compensation and liability claims. Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts. Responsible for the maintenance of OSHA records.
