As a Claims Specialist at Rhoden Roofing, you’ll guide customers through the insurance claim process for roof replacements and advocate for them every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver great results.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in roofing or insurance is helpful but not required
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance claims process and Xactimate/Symbility software preferred
- Experience in construction industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer insurance claim records and job folders
- Complete in-house supplementing for new claims
- Update project boards and process completed job folders
- Communicate with sales reps, production teams, and inspectors
- Stay informed on city code updates and ensure compliance
- Follow jobs through completion, close-out, and invoicing
