WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to process carrier claim payments accurately and on time, in accordance with company policy. The role involves collaboration with the Recovery Team to report claim approvals and pending payments, as well as reviewing essential claim documentation to ensure payment accuracy. The successful candidate will communicate with carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to confirm payment details and manage contracts and tariffs related to payment processing. Additionally, the role includes disputing invalid claim resolutions, investigating potential errors, facilitating legal reviews, and analyzing contractual agreements related to cargo claims. The position requires tracking and submitting approval requests for aging claim offsets against carrier invoices and performing ad-hoc reporting as needed. This is a contract position for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
