About The Position

Explore our independent, family-owned Agency situated in popular downtown Hudson, MA, and discover the benefits of joining our team as Claims Representative. At Murphy, we prioritize treating you like part of the family! The Claims Representative provides prompt, effective assistance to clients and third parties reporting claims to the Agency. In addition, they act as a liaison between the agency and carriers and assist co-workers with service regarding claims activity. This position is located in our Hudson, MA office and services clients in a busy environment via in-person, phone and email. The work hours are: M-TH 8am-4:30pm; F 8am-4pm.
