As a Claims Project Consultant you will develop and implement claim projects. You will also respond to and resolve customer service requests according to Farm Bureau Financial Services, policies in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner for external customers, departmental staff, and other personnel at all times. You will investigate, evaluate, propose and implement new initiatives for containing claim costs and expenses while improving the speed and quality of customer service. Additionally, you will review existing data, qualitative information and research to gauge applicability to existing data design needs, lead efforts to draft requirements for new and existing data uses, and interpret and quantify results by building database queries to synthesize data, applying the appropriate statistical tests. You will develop and manage high risk, highly complex business projects and budget and implement solutions, working with the Claims Administration Director to identify business problems.
