About The Position

Sentara Health is now hiring a Claims Processor (Remote)! This is a full-time & 100% remote position within Virginia. Responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to the acquisition and/ or retention of members for Sentara Health Plan, Inc. This includes functions associated with the administration of all group information: processing of claims, interaction with member, providers and employers.

Requirements

• High School Graduation Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a customer service representative.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process claims for Sentara Health Plan, Inc.
• Interact with members, providers, and employers regarding claims and customer service inquiries.
• Administer all group information related to claims processing.
