The role involves managing claims decisions and providing market-leading protections tailored to the Motor Trades industry. We’re looking for experienced Claims Officers to join our 2024 Mansfield Awards finalist team and manage an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and high attention to detail. If you’re someone who thrives on solving problems, communicating with confidence, and delivering top-tier service, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Handling claims notifications and service enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Managing your own portfolio of claims from start to finish.
• Taking smart recovery actions that make a difference.
• Determining liability and clearly communicating outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
