About The Position
The Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing the investigation, adjustment, and settlement of property claims. This role involves direct supervision of both internal and external staff, ensuring compliance with procedures, and providing guidance throughout the claims process. The manager will also be involved in staffing, training, and development of the claims team, while managing complex claims and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
