We're looking for a Claims Manager to own and drive the end-to-end claims process. In this role, you'll serve as the central point of contact for all claim-related matters - collaborating cross-functionally with Drivers, Operations, Insurance Adjusters, Claims Administrators, Legal, and CloudTrucks Leadership. You'll be responsible for maintaining organized claim files, ensuring timely resolution, and providing reporting on claims and company exposure. This is a high-impact role that plays a key part in protecting the business and supporting our driver community. Who you are Highly motivated and growth-oriented.
