About The Position
This Claims Litigation Specialist provides specialized technical claim handling for serious, complex, and highly valued claims for an excess and surplus lines writer. The position requires experience in handling Commercial General Liability with a focus on Construction Defect matters, as well as Professional and Garage claims. The specialist provides technical advice to associates and other functional areas such as defense counsel, independents, support, and less-experienced technical staff. An ability to communicate both verbally and in written form in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner is essential.
