About The Position

FM Boiler Re is a division of FM and has been providing boiler and machinery insurance in North America for more than 130 years. FM Boiler Re specializes in providing Equipment Breakdown reinsurance and related services to insurance companies throughout North America. Our products are developed in partnership with primary insurance companies, reinsurance intermediaries and agents/brokers.

Requirements

• Computer skills

• Organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and follow-up
• Ability to operate modern office machines and equipment
• Knowledge of various software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for maintaining the loss process of FM Boiler Re.
• Prepare and distribute reports and projects.
• Ensure proper maintenance and data quality of claim records.
• Provide phone support coverage during FM Boiler Re’s normal hours of operation.
• Support the claims staff.
