About The Position
As a Claims Examiner at Marsh McLennan Agency's Midwest Region, you will be responsible for managing and resolving claims, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing. This role involves thorough investigation, interpretation of coverage, and education on risk solutions, while effectively advocating for clients. You will lead claim reviews, educate clients and teams on best practices, and participate in client meetings to deliver tailored claims management services.
