About The Position
Receives, reviews, evaluates and investigates claims against Dallas County to determine cause and extent of damages and negotiates (adjusts) and makes recommendations involving county owned property and vehicles and makes recommendations regarding the settlement of claims with involvement from the civil attorneys of the District Attorney’s Office as appropriate, including assisting in risk management (workers compensation) subrogation.
