About The Position
Openly is seeking a Senior Leader to spearhead the design, implementation, and leadership of their new Auto Claims Team. The primary objective is to revolutionize the traditional claims experience for the industry, agents, and policyholders. This role reports to the VP of Claims. As a foundational leader, you'll be instrumental in architecting our Auto Physical Damage claims infrastructure from the ground up. This includes selecting and strategically integrating cutting-edge vendors, leveraging innovative technology, developing lean and customer-centric processes, ensuring airtight regulatory compliance, and cultivating a best-in-class internal desk adjustment team. Your impact will be felt across every aspect of the claims lifecycle.
