About The Position

The position involves examining, performing, researching, and making decisions necessary to properly adjudicate telephone and written inquiries. The role requires interpreting contract benefits in accordance with specific claims processing guidelines and communicating problems identified relevant to the claims processing system to the appropriate personnel. The employee will maintain external contacts with policyholders, service providers, agents, attorneys, and other carriers, as well as internal contacts with peers and management, all while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
