About The Position
FCCI Insurance Group is currently seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to obtain claim-related factual information from agents, policyholders, and claimants in order to complete the Notice of Loss documents for all lines of business. The representative will be responsible for all new claims and correspondence for all regions and all lines of business, answering claim and provider inquiries, routing all other company-related calls to the appropriate personnel, and performing some administrative tasks to support the department. This role requires the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The position will be a hybrid position working in either our Sarasota, FL or Richardson, TX office.
