As a Claims CSR II, you will play a vital role in assisting adjusters with the initial contact with insureds. You will be responsible for completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims. Become a part of our dynamic team that is dedicated to helping one another.

Assist customers by taking and processing their claims.
Assist the adjuster with the initial contact with insureds and assist in completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims.
Perform functions necessary to assist adjusters to meet customer needs and conserve business.

High school diploma required.
Computer experience required.
Minimum of 3 years work experience preferred.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Must have professional appearance.
Ability to spell correctly
Ability to perform job adequately by end of 6 months.
