Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and prioritization skills
- Passion for helping others and navigating complex processes
- Willingness to learn and grow in a mission-driven organization
- Ability to travel locally and attend events
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, outreach, claims, or case coordination
- Familiarity with EEOICPA, DOE communities, or benefits navigation
- Event coordination or community engagement experience
- CRM or database tracking experience
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with former DOE workers, claimants, and community partners
- Supporting individuals through the EEOICPA claims process, ensuring they understand and access their benefits
- Partnering with Authorized Representatives to track claim progress and drive outcomes
- Attending and supporting community outreach events to educate and engage potential claimants
- Collaborating with marketing on lead generation campaigns (postcards, outreach, events)
- Managing and tracking claims pipeline, lead activity, and benefit timelines
- Working cross-functionally with clinical, outreach, and marketing teams to identify additional benefit opportunities
