About The Position
As a Claims Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will be responsible for various aspects of property/casualty claims, including advocacy and support for clients. This critical role involves ensuring the smooth processing and resolution of insurance claims, requiring a technical understanding of multiple lines of insurance coverage. You will interact with clients daily, addressing their service concerns and proactively working to maintain a high level of client service. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to colleagues and assist in claim follow-up activities.
