Requirements

• A bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of job experience
• An analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, adaptable to both strategic and operational challenges.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong writing skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• A collaborative spirit paired with the drive to work independently and lead initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction management or engineering
• Experience in the analysis of construction claim damages
• A degree in a related field (construction management, engineering, or architecture)
• Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or similar software.
• Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning within the construction or consulting sectors.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a range of projects, offering leadership and expertise, or providing crucial support based on experience level and project needs.
• Be directly involved in the analysis and preparation of construction claims and expert reports, assisting in evidence gathering, data collection, and quantification of claims.
• Analyze construction schedules quality and perform delay analyses.
• Assist clients with project schedule development, contract administration, and risk management.
• Lead and contribute to the analysis, preparation, and presentation of construction claims and expert reports.
• Utilize specialized analysis techniques, including forensic schedule and productivity analyses.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on project documentation, contracts, and insurance policies.
• Quantify claims and prepare detailed reports.
