About The Position
As a Claims Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency's Midwest Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing. You will manage client claims through thorough interpretation of coverage and education on risk solutions, while effectively advocating for clients. Your role will involve leading claim reviews, educating clients and teams on best practices, and participating in client meetings to deliver tailored claims management services. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized service strategies, fostering strong relationships, analyzing insurance needs, and ensuring timely execution of service plans to achieve measurable value and efficiency. You will also follow client service workflows, utilize internal resources for enhanced efficiency, maintain accurate client files, and ensure data completeness by consistently meeting timelines and quality standards.
