This position is located in our Tampa Westshore office and is an in office role. The Claims Business Analyst will work with stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver business solutions that meet the needs of the stakeholders and the organization. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, answering questions from Developers and Quality Analysts, performing systems analysis and testing, and managing project priorities. Additionally, the Claims Business Analyst will be responsible for UI based configuration changes, demos of functionality to the business, and developing relationships with members of the Claims management team.
