About The Position
Garner Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Associate to join our rapidly growing Claims Processing team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating claims, ensuring that our members receive exceptional service, and managing your workload using Garner's innovative platform and tools. The Claims Processing team is responsible for ensuring that our members' claims are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to a best-in-class claims experience for every member. As a Claims Associate, you will be on the front lines, evaluating claim submissions and interacting with members through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your role will involve guiding members through the claims process, educating them about their claims, and providing support as needed. You will become an expert in Garner's product offerings, claims processing standards, and the specific needs of our members. This position requires a proactive problem solver who is passionate about helping people and committed to delivering high-quality service. To ensure timely responses to member inquiries, this role has specific schedule requirements, operating during East Coast business hours on weekdays. However, these hours may evolve as the needs of the business change. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from a quiet and distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection.
