Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong oral and written communication, computer literate – including Microsoft Office, organizational skills required

Nice To Haves

  • Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain new claims in the claims management system.
  • Update notes, diaries, and process payments as directed.
  • Handle mail, filing, faxing, photocopying, and general administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and send letters, reports, and forms.
  • Manage phone calls, schedule medical appointments, and provide customer service when needed.
  • Assist with special projects, including preparing and distributing reports.
