What You Will Be Doing: Perform duties associated with draft processing and problem solving, recovery balancing, resolving issues related to claims processing and performing special projects as assigned by Supervisor. Requirements

  • Superior administrative office skills: including oral and written communications skills, and proper telephone etiquette.
  • Above average interpersonal and investigative skills.
  • Must have excellent mathematical skills to perform balancing procedures.
  • Ability to accept supervision but also serve as a leader when needed.
  • Ability to communicate with irate customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Twelve months on-the-job training necessary to learn all aspects of the position, as well as Claims Department functions, processes and guidelines.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
